Fitness is one of the main factors in the transition of a player from juniors to professionals, especially when it comes to men's tennis, because without good physical preparation players might have difficulties with rapid progress in the professional tour. Many parents, coaches and players make a huge mistake neglecting their child's physical preparation from an early age. Correct and reasonable development of physical qualities contributes to the improvement of mastering the hitting technique, helps to increase the tennis load without harming the body, and increases the player's stress resistance.
